Refund and Shipping Policy


** At this time, all purchases from Felicity Design and Décor are considered a final sale. **

Shipping in Canada: With the various products we have available, each item will fall into different shipping categories.  This will vary between 2-3 days for smaller for in stock items, 7-10 days for medium size products and 3 weeks plus for larger pieces that require special handling.

Please allow 5-10 working days for unframed prints


International Shipping

Please contact us at for international shipping rates.                      Please allow 14 – 21 working days for unframed prints and décor items.


Postage and Delivery

We put great care in getting your beautiful goods safely to your door. Décor items are carefully packed in sturdy cardboard boxes.  All prints are carefully packaged and shipped in a stay flat mailer or gently rolled in a tube, depending on item, for safe travel. Everything is shipped by registered mail or courier and can be tracked.


If the item is backordered it will be noted in the product listing, with the approximate time until the item is back in stock. We make every effort to make sure our products reflect the most accurate inventory and shipping information.  Despite our best efforts, on rare occasions, changes to our estimated shipping and delivery times may occur outside of our control. Unfortunately, in these cases, orders may not be cancelled due to a backorder. If you have any questions about backordered items, please contact us at and we will be happy to help you.

Damaged Goods

We hope you open your package and feel great joy in unveiling your purchase!

All our pieces are inspected prior to shipment and are shipped in new condition.  In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at, with your name, order number and the reason you are seeking a return of your product including any applicable photographs showing the damage or incorrect product.  We will advise you how to proceed and will happily arrange for a replacement once the item has been received by us.  Returns must be received no later than 30 days after original delivery.  The product must be returned in its original, unused, and unwashed condition and accompanied by the original packing slip.

Upon receipt of the returned product at our warehouse, please allow up to one week for our team to conduct a quality control review of the product and issue a replacement.  If there is no replacement available, we will refund your order.  Refunds are made to the original method of payment. Once a refund has been issued you will be notified by email.  Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be posted to your account.

We do not accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear.

As all items are final sale, we are unfortunately unable to accept order cancellations or exchanges at this time.
